Because we offer a unique hybrid of personalized digital products and made-to-order physical merchandise, our fulfillment and shipping processes vary depending on the items you purchase. Please review the relevant sections below to understand when and how you will receive your order.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Entity Blueprint)
Your Entity Blueprint is a personalized digital product generated based on your specific input. Delivery is not instantaneous upon checkout.
The Process:
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an automated email containing a secure link (via our trusted form-building partner) to submit your precise birth data.
Delivery Time:
Once you have successfully submitted the completed data form, please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for our systems to generate, process, and email your final Entity Blueprint.
Important Notes:
• If you do not submit the required data form, we cannot begin processing your Blueprint. Delays in submitting your form will delay delivery of your product.
• If you believe you have submitted incorrect birth data, please contact us at support@orbit12.com within 24 hours of submission so we can make the necessary corrections before processing begins.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Apparel & Merchandise)
To ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, all physical products are made-to-order specifically for you through our printing partners.
Production (Fulfillment) Time:
It takes up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to print, manufacture, and quality-check your items before they are shipped.
Shipping Rates:
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping based on your delivery destination. Enjoy FREE global shipping on all orders over $99 USD.
• Zone 1 (US, UK, Selected EU): $5.99 USD
• Zone 2 (Canada, Australia, New Zealand): $9.99 USD
• Zone 3 (Asia & Rest of World): $14.99 USD
Transit Time:
Once production is complete, your order will be handed to our carrier. Shipping transit times depend on your destination:
• US, UK, EU: 4–7 business days on average
• CA, AU, NZ: 6–11 business days on average
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days on average
*Please note: These transit times are estimated averages. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Available Destinations:
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not supported, you will be notified at checkout and will be unable to complete your order for physical products.
3. SPLIT SHIPMENTS (Multiple Packages)
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Because our products are printed at different specialized facilities around the world, items in the same order may be fulfilled and shipped at different times.
You will receive a separate email with a unique tracking number for each package as it ships. Please do not be alarmed if one item arrives before another — this is completely normal for our fulfillment process.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All international orders may be subject to customs and import duties, fees, and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer (the customer).
ORBIT-12 has no control over these charges, does not collect them at checkout, and is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing your order to understand what charges, if any, may apply to your shipment.
If you refuse to pay the applicable customs fees, the package may be held, destroyed, or returned to us by the destination country's customs authority. In such cases, you will remain liable for the original shipping costs and any return or disposal fees, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we strive for timely deliveries, ORBIT-12 is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@orbit12.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date with your Order Number so we can investigate and assist you. Resolution options (including reshipment or refund where applicable) are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. RETURNS & RETURN ADDRESS
As all physical products are made-to-order through our global print-on-demand partners, return addresses vary depending on which facility fulfilled your specific order. Please do not attempt to return any item without first contacting us.
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@orbit12.com first to receive the correct return instructions and address for your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on eligibility.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
ORBIT-12 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfillment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, carrier disruptions, or any other event outside our control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfill orders as soon as practicable.
